 The Sooty Plug This one's dry and black. If you rub it you get black soot all over your fingers. The carburretor (pict 33/34 whatever..) is probably your culprit hear, there;s just too much juice squirting into your cylinders. Tune that carb and save yourself a packet on petrol. If this isn't the case it's likely to be fuel related, the choke for instance. If your fuel systems looking good, take a look at your air filter, is it gunged ? if so replace or clean it up. |
